These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DotBLK Web Site (“DotBLK Site”) and the DotBLK services (“Services”). These Terms apply to all users of the DotBLK Site and Services. By using the DotBLK Site or Services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

• use any means to “scrape,” “crawl,” or “spider” any Web pages contained in the DotBLK Site (although DotBLK does allow operators of public search engines to use spiders to index materials from the DotBLK Site for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials, and DotBLK reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases);

• use automated methods to use the DotBLK Site or Services in a manner that sends more requests to the DotBLK servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same time using a conventional Web browser;

• interfere with or damage the DotBLK Site or Services, including, without limitation, through the use of viruses, cancel bots, Trojan horses, harmful code, flood pings, denial-of-service attacks, packet or IP spoofing, forged routing or electronic mail address information or similar methods or technology;

• use, display, mirror or frame the DotBLK Site or any individual element within the DotBLK Site or Services, DotBLK name, any DotBLK trademark, logo or other proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page or form contained on a page, without DotBLK’s express written consent;

• avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, sidestep or otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented by DotBLK or any of DotBLK‘s providers or any other third party (including another user) to protect the DotBLK Site or Services;

• attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the DotBLK Site or Services; or advocate, encourage or assist anyone else in doing any of the above. DotBLK has the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any of the above to the fullest extent of the law. DotBLK may involve and cooperate with law enforcement in prosecuting users who violate these Terms. You acknowledge that DotBLK is not obligated to monitor your access to or use of the DotBLK Site or Services, but has the right to do so in order to operate the DotBLK Site or Services, to ensure your compliance with these Terms or to comply with applicable law or the order or requirement of a court, administrative agency or other governmental body. DotBLK reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or disable access to any DotBLK Site Content that DotBLK , in its sole discretion, considers to be objectionable for any reason, in violation of these Terms or otherwise harmful to the DotBLK Site or Services.

Ownership

We own, license or have permission to use the content on the DotBLK Site and Services, including software, text, visual and audio content(referred to together as “Content”) and DotBLK‘s trademarks, logos, and brand elements (referred to as “Marks”).The Content and Marks are protected under U.S. and international laws. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance of the Content contained on the DotBLK Site is strictly prohibited; however, you may view such Content in the manner provided by DotBLK through the DotBLK Site If you use Content on Marks other than as expressly permitted in this Agreement, you may be liable for infringement, misappropriation or other legal causes of action.

We aren’t responsible or liable for any damage or loss related to the use of any third-party Web site. Changes to the DotBLK Site or Services

DotBLK enhances and updates the DotBLK Site and Services often. We may change or discontinue the DotBLK Site or any Services, with or without notice to you.

Termination

We reserve the right not to provide the DotBLK Site or Services to any user. We also reserve the right to terminate any user’s right to access the DotBLK Site or Services at any time, in our discretion. If you violate any of these Terms, your permission to use the DotBLK Site and Services automatically terminates.

IN PARTICULAR, DOTBLK AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE DOTBLK SITE OR SERVICES (INCLUDING,WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY CONTENT), OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEB SITES OR RESOURCES LINKED TO THE DOTBLK SITE OR SERVICES. DOTBLK AND ITS AFFILIATES DO NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCT OR SERVICE RECOMMENDED, ADVERTISED OR OFFERED ON OR THROUGH THE DOTBLK SITE OR SERVICES OR ANY LINKED WEB SITE.

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ANY MATERIAL OR INFORMATION DOWNLOADED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE DOTBLK SITE OR SERVICES IS DONE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OCCURRING FROM DOING SO.
